Q. How do i Track my delivery?

A.  Please enter your order number in the form on our 'Track Order' page with all complete contact details and we'll get back to you.

Q. Does the Fresh Cloudy™ require a battery?
A. The Fresh Cloudy™ is completely portable and comes with a universal USB wire that can be powered from any power adapter, portable charger, computer, or your car’s USB port.

Q. Can I use any Essential oils & Fragrances?

A. Yes you can! The Fresh Cloudy is designed to work with any fragrance or essential oil of your choosing.

For aromatherapy oil use, simply add 2-3 drops of essence into a full tank of water. For Fragrance use, simply add 4-5 sprays of scent into a full tank of water and enjoy the soothing fragrant mist.

Q. Can you put Vicks (Medicine) liquid in it?
A. No we would suggest to just add water and perfume/oil cause the tube will absorb. This is an electronic device (Don't take risks).

Q. Can I turn off the lights?
A. We have 3 lighting modes for our 7 colored LED light. It can be turned completely off, used with a single color, or with the rainbow color function. These modes are simply controlled from the push of a button, ensuring a completely customizable experience.
Q. How long does a full tank of water last?
A. Each container of water lasts around 10-12 hours. Fresh Cloudy™ also has an auto-shutoff feature when empty and a 4/6 hour timer.
